About Saana Aallos

My main driver is an urge to find full potential within myself and in the organization that I am part of. Whether it is about looking for the right solution for the customer or assisting on their customer journey, I feel rewarded when together we develop and learn new things from the process Due to the customer service mindset and interest towards different cultures, I went to study International Tourism Management which was an excellent program to broaden my knowledge within customer service, destination management and business intelligence 🤓 After my studies, I have been dedicated to group sales within hospitality which has allowed me to participate in planning accommodation services for the key events in Helsinki. Besides sales and customer service, I have always had interest to learn new systems and understand data. Therefore I found it interesting to take part on Haaga-Helia's AMKkoodari Programming courses and Virtual Event Producing course held by Arffman. Right now I am excited about the new challenges within HR-Tech and possibility to understand Customer Success Management and HR & recruitment better. Really looking forward to see where this journey takes me
