About Saara Holmas

I’m a graphic designer with a strong foundation in visual communication and further studies in service design. This background has shaped the way I approach creative work—with a mindset that values clarity, purpose, and user-centered thinking. I have experience across in-house, agency, and freelance roles, and I see design as a way to solve real problems through thoughtful, well-crafted solutions. For the past four years, I’ve worked full-time as a Graphic Designer at SEK in Helsinki, where I’ve been closely involved in shaping the visual customer experience of Finnair, the iconic Finnish airline—from the first spark of travel inspiration to the return home. I love the work I do, and right now, my time is fully dedicated to my day job and family. That said, I look forward to taking on selected freelance projects again in the future, when the timing is right.
