Hi! I’m Saara, a tech-savvy, people-first leader who thrives at the intersection of people and technology. With a background in Business Administration (BIT) and hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and People Lead, I bring a unique blend of business, strategy, humane leadership and heart to everything I do. I’ve led mobile and web projects, supported cross-functional and multivendor teams, and helped teams grow through agile ways of working like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. I’m proud to be a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master but even prouder of the trust I’ve built with my teams and clients along the way. What drives me? People and customers. I believe they’re at the core of every successful IT project and behind of every successful company. I love improving how things are done, sharing ideas with colleagues, and helping others grow. As a People Lead for 30 amazing team members, I support career development, well-being, and day-to-day happiness, because when people thrive, so do results. I’m energetic, proactive, and not afraid to laugh at myself. I get things done and while getting those things done I bring warmth and a human touch to every challenge.
