As the Senior HR and Administration Officer at Near East Foundation (NEF), I drive the strategic identification of workforce requirements, oversee annual internal assessments, and formulate staffing plans in alignment with organizational objectives. My role extends to supporting the HR Manager in crafting job descriptions, managing recruitment processes, and facilitating contract offers. Additionally, I serve as the focal point for travel logistics, visa procedures, and event coordination within our Sudan office.With a Bachelor of Business Administration and ongoing pursuit of a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ahfad University for Women, coupled with a diploma from the African Council for Private Education, I bring a robust academic foundation to my practical expertise. My proficiencies encompass customer relationship management, interviewing techniques, and meticulous personnel file administration.Notably, I have contributed to the recruitment and development of over 50 national staff across multiple states in Sudan, ensuring the operational efficiency and efficacy of our endeavors.
