I am a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at PepsiCo, where I support the hiring of diverse and qualified candidates for various roles across the organization. I graduated from UBC Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Business Technology Management in 2022. My core competencies include communication, problem solving, and organization skills, which I have developed and demonstrated through my academic and professional experiences.Prior to joining PepsiCo, I worked as a Human Resources Assistant at COBS Bread and a Human Resources Co-op at NETGEAR, where I gained valuable exposure to different aspects of HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, payroll, employee data, and social events. I have also used various tools and platforms, such as Microsoft SharePoint, to manage and improve the HR portal and processes. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for everyone, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I am motivated by challenges and opportunities for growth.
