With over 7 years of diversified experience in the private, public, and development sectors, I excel in program design, development, and implementation, building and stewarding partnerships at both local and international levels, catering to the Humanitarian/Development/Peace nexus. My expertise includes providing technical assistance in grant management, project management, M&E, stakeholder management, performing research, data analysis, risk assessment, drafting donor reports and policy briefs, and contributing to community development initiatives. Geographical Impact: Oversaw a project portfolio of diverse programmatic investments across MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa leveraging European donor funding to drive impact and strengthen local communities. Here are the highlights of my professional experience: WFP: During my 2+ years, I contributed to the multinational's ESG KPIs by directing their investments into social impact projects encompassing agriculture, food systems, livelihoods and resilience, financial inclusion, climate change, environment, supply chain, education, nutrition, technology, and more. Tearfund (UK-Aid): I developed a Public-Private Partnership model for renewable energy sources, which contributes to waste reduction and policy change. MDF (AusAid/Swiss contact): I mobilized funds to provide capital for impactful projects related to innovative Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation techniques while co-managing monitoring and impact evaluation with Quality Assurance team members as per DCED guidelines. Unilever: Oversaw the entire spectrum of supply chain functions, encompassing demand planning, sourcing, transportation, warehousing, fleet management, and route optimization to ensure timely product delivery, minimize waste, and reduce carbon footprint in alignment with UNGC Principles. In over 10 years of volunteer experience, I have organized and facilitated youth conferences, managed grants and donor reporting, implemented projects, led advocacy campaigns, provided capacity-building training, and contributed to grassroots community resilience and peacebuilding.
