With over 14 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, I am well-equipped to make an immediate impact as a Associate General Manager specializing in Budgeting, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Billing, and Costing for Civil Engineering projects. My professional journey is underpinned by a comprehensive skill set that spans Managerial acumen, and technical skills, including Project Estimation with a proven track record of handling projects worth over $200 million, and overseeing Billing operations to the tune of $4 million monthly across a network of 20+ contractors and subcontractors. My proficiency extends to Cost Analysis, Material Reconciliation, BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, and handling Material/Labor/Fuel escalations, all underpinned by a keen ability in Data Compilation and Financial Oversight.
