My passion is people, I have a degree in HR, PGD in Business Management, MBA, HR analytics certification and Practical Labour Law. Most recently a change management certification, passionate about change and its impacts on the workforce, how and when changes are done to better the outcome of projects or certain workforce transitions. I started off at Netcare as a HR Administrator, the industry is so fast paced. I am an all rounder when it comes to HR processes, broad understanding of all layers. I then joined Mr Price Group as an Learning and Development Co-ordinator. Specialising in learning pathways for all associates handing Miladys, Home and Money divisions. Ensuring all learning for associates is adhered to and taking place. I am currently at Mr Price Group under the division Mr Price Money, as an HR People Facilitator in Operations. Performing all HR Functions. In our Combo and Stand Alone Cellular Stores as well as Call Centre- Employee Relations, handling disciplinary actions - Recruitment and Onboarding - Talent Management and Succession Planning - Performance Management - Wellness in Stores - Employee Participation and Communications - All HR Strategic functions - Change Management
