There is no point in just competing if you don't want to be the best." Hello, I’m Sabarikrishan, a law graduate who found my true calling in the field of health and wellness. Over the years, I have realized that health, fitness, and inner peace are essential pillars of a happy and fulfilling life. This realization has inspired me to dedicate myself to helping others improve their well-being and break free from limiting beliefs about their health. I have over four years of experience as a fitness professional, where I’ve worked closely with individuals to achieve their fitness goals through customized programs and thoughtful guidance. To deepen my understanding of holistic health, I completed a nutrition internship under a medical professional and am currently pursuing a Degree in Nutrition and Health Education course to gain further insights into the role of nutrition in overall wellness. I am also working on certification towards the Strength and Conditioning Certification (NSCA), which equips me to enhance athletic performance for individuals ranging from young athletes to elite professionals. Additionally, I am exploring pre- and post-natal physiology, nutrition, and exercise to better support women during these vital stages of life. Currently, I work at a wellness center, where I am constantly learning and refining my approach to holistic health. My goal is to integrate fitness, nutrition, and wellness into a comprehensive framework that helps individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. I believe in continuous learning and am always eager to embrace new opportunities to grow and contribute to the field of health and wellness. I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals and making a positive impact together.
