Presently, I am heading Cargill south East Asia and Oceania food application center where I collaborate with multinational and regional conglomerate in food industries and I help clients to find the innovative food product concepts and solutions that best fit their unique identity for their targeted customers, and then I produce high-quality content that meets their objectives.Five years ago, i have taken a major decision in my life which i thought to have a big impact on my carrier and personal life. Not metaphorically—I literally tackled the task and reached where I wanted to be. While I was in early of the journey, I challenged myself on the decision many times but despite the personal commitment, cultural shock, diversity, family concern, I kept going. I’m that person, once I say I’ll do something, it will happen. Now, I put that perseverance to work being regional application lead. I face many challenging tasks daily and make effective and timely decisions. Before working for Cargill, I worked for Unilever, associated British foods (AB mauri) and an indo- Italian Joint Venture Company,Crust n crumb food Ingredient.I was lucky enough to work with amazing clients in south west Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.I’m well-versed in leadership skills, Food ingredients application in different food categories, food formulations, recipe designs, lab and pilot scale ups, marketing tools, cross functional team collaboration, planning and development, relationship management, commercial and business acumen, budgeting etc.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, experts, or just interesting creative folks, so feel free to connect me @ shabeerhere@gmail.com.if you would like to connect.
