About Sabhya Kanwar

I am a third-year BA. LLB student at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA, working towards a career that blends legal expertise with strategic business insight. My studies are supported by a series of internships that have broadened my understanding of the law and enhanced my business skills. At Blue Star Limited, I focused on contract law, learning how to draft and negotiate agreements and gaining insights into consumer protection and competition law. These experiences taught me how to manage complex legal situations effectively.During my time with Great Mission Group Society, I specialized in intellectual property, helping to prepare applications for geographical indications and supporting the patent litigation process. At Essar Group, I expanded my knowledge in commercial law and compliance, dealing with advertising regulations and consumer rights. My internship with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan at the Himachal Pradesh High Court was particularly formative. It deepened my understanding of the judicial process and regulatory disputes, giving me firsthand exposure to high-level courtroom dynamics. Beyond my internships, I am involved with the Legal Aid Centre and the debate society at my college, where I strive to work towards social justice and further sharpen my public speaking skills, respectively. I’ve also gained valuable experience working with Mr. Fred P. Rooney on legal incubation projects in India, which aim to make legal services more accessible. I am committed to ongoing learning and eager to apply my skills in a dynamic team, aiming to contribute to innovative legal solutions and business strategies.
