About Sabin Lomac

Scarborough Maine native Sabin Lomac is the co-founder of Cousins Maine Lobster, a startup food truck business which has grown to over 50 units, including both gourmet food trucks and fast-casual restaurants.Sabin graduated from Hofstra University in 2003 with a degree in Speech Communication and Rhetorical Studies. In 2012 he and his cousin, Jim Tselikis, opened a single food truck in Los Angeles, looking to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience from their childhood to the West Coast.After an endearing 2012 Shark Tank appearance that culminated in a partnership with Barbara Corcoran, the Cousins began franchising, bringing authentic Maine Lobster eats to unique neighborhoods across the U.S. Sabin and his cousin work vigorously to ensure not only the quality and consistency of their product, but to elevate and promote the "Family First" ethos at the core of CML. Sabin has been an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters for over 25 years as both a "big" and "little" brother and was awarded the National Big Brother of the Year in 2016. Sabin is an accomplished author and can regularly be seen on a multitude of shows on the Food Network as a host, guest, and judge.
