Before joining IPE Global Ltd, Sabin worked as a Project Engineer at HLL InfraTech Services Limited (HITES), a government of India Enterprise, from February 2007 to October 2018, where he worked on several major projects, including the construction of super specialty blocks at medical colleges in Kozhikode, Alappuzha, and Tirunelveli, and the construction of hostel blocks & central dining hall for IISER campus at Vithura, Thiruvananthapuram, with a project cost of Rs 720 million, Rs 780 million, and Rs 1320 million, respectively.
