Sable Schultz is the Director of Transgender Services at The Center on Colfax, where her work includes overseeing support services; providing resource referrals; coordinating events and community programming; acting as a public advocate around transgender and gender diverse experiences, and providing diversity, inclusivity, and equity training to businesses and organizations looking to expand their understanding around gender diversity. In addition to her fourteen years in program management and as a DE & I trainer, Sable also has experience in behavioral health and higher education. She self identifies as a nerd, geek, and academic. Along with of her passion for Inclusive Excellence, her interests including Dungeons and Dragons, PC and console gaming, and facilitating cultural change through sharing of media.
