About Sabrena Neff

As an innovative and resourceful Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Training Manager, I offer a successful track record of managing both educational projects and systems for government and industries across the United States. I bring extensive technical knowledge, creative thinking, strong problem-solving abilities and nineteen years of successful experience managing training projects along with five years’ experience as an LMS administrator for three different LMS systems. Currently, I work for the Department of Commerce as their LMS Administrator/Training Manager, where I am the sole administrator of the LMS for the agency. I configure and maintain the systems, provide first-line technical support, establish system user permissions, test functionality, run reports, ensure compliance, administer certificates, upload and schedule eLearnings, create evaluations and exams and remain up-to-date on system specifications. I am also familiar with SCORM packages and basic html. At the Department of Commerce, I also build eLearning curriculums and oversee the Continuing Professional Education credits (CPU) program. Additionally, I manage relationships with the LMS vendor and other external training vendors to communicate business needs and to troubleshoot issues. I partner with subject matter experts to guide trainings and provide the professional development our staff requires based on needs analysis.
