I have a deep love for people — for their strengths, their quirks, and everything in between. I believe that true connection begins when we meet people where they are — with empathy, curiosity, and a good sense of humor. For more than a decade, I’ve been shaping Alumni & Career Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) — an inspiring environment where innovation, collaboration, and genuine human connection come together. Since January 2025, I’ve been heading the Alumni & Career Team and serving as Deputy Director of the TUM Global & Alumni Office, directly managing a team of 16 wonderful professionals whose energy and creativity make me proud every single day. My professional focus lies in Global Alumni Engagement, network development and integration, strategic multichannel communication (print, digital, and social), and career coaching for doctoral graduates and international students. I love creating spaces where people and ideas meet — and where potential turns into possibility. My leadership style is grounded in trust, empathy, and empowerment. I believe in hard work, in the power of a good conversation (yes, even „oldschool“ on the phone), in intelligent dialogue — and in the simple truth that a shared cup of coffee can take you surprisingly far.
