About Sabrina Forth

I graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology. The things I love about a career in healthcare is that I am able to meeting so many amazing and strong hearted people, I really enjoyed setting up IV's and doing lab work, and I enjoyed the rewarding feeling of helping the radiologists in making a diagnosis so that our patients can get proper treatment. Customer Service/Healthcare is one of my greatest passions. I have worked at a Podiatrist office as a Medical Assistant where I helped set up patients in room, did filing, office administration and developed x-rays. I have also worked for Hall Industrial as a Secretary where I answered phone calls, made work orders, performed payroll duties, organized binders for offsite crews, looked over and faxed quotes and kept track of all jobs being performed on site. I am enthusiastic and enjoy jobs where I get to meet and interact with people. I also love to keep a positive environment at all times. It is very important to me to continue to grow professionally. I have successfully completed the CAMRT CT Imaging 1, CT Imaging 2, and CT Imaging 3 courses. I completed my CT practicum and received my CT & Contrast Media Enhanced Practice Certificate. I took a Dysrhythmia course, a Radiation Safety Officer Course and ITIL. I plan on continuing to expand my knowledge through new experiences, coworkers, and other courses. I am currently working at Center 15 in Calgary as an IT Analyst and I absolutely love that I am still helping people, just indirectly. So happy to have found an amazing career that is stable and is still withing the healthcare industry. I can't wait to see where life takes me!
