About Sabrina Vecchi

About my studies: I completed my Master's Degree in Languages for International Communication and Cooperation at the Universita' degli Studi di Bergamo (Italy) in 2021. My interest for foreign cultures and languages has raised after I spent two semesters in Germany as part of the Erasmus Programme, experience that made me become volunteer for the non-profit student organization ESN Bergamo. Work experience: I worked for several years as a promoter in the beauty and food sector. While writing my thesis I joined the team of the Postgraduate office of my University and worked as a peer tutor for students with disabilities and SLD. I did my internship in the export department of an Italian company and worked as international traffic department specialist in Logistics, developing good customer service and organizational skills. I am now employed as a trade analyst assistant in the dept. Consumer Goods of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in Berlin, supporting the office in the organization of promotional activities and in the conduction of market research. About my interests: I volunteered for several years in the non-profit sector collaborating with local and international NGOs and NPOs such as Caritas and JRS. I define myself as a curious, precise and empathetic person interested in topics concerning human and civil rights, in heritage promotion, contemporary history and art history.
