About Sabrina Voerman

Ever since I was fourteen years old, I knew I wanted to write and publish books. There are so many stories that had to be put on paper. Thankfully, there was nothing stopping me. Over ten years later, I have self-published two novels, had five short stories published in anthologies and magazines, and secured a four-book publishing deal with Quill & Crow Publishing House. My dreams have come to life. Currently, I am a third-year Creative Writing student at Vancouver Island University. My passion for writing fiction, particularly dark fantasy, horror, and speculative fiction has driven me to return to university after being in the workforce for many years. Having pursued self-publishing, I wanted to develop my skillset and obtain a greater understanding of the publishing industry. While my focus is on writing, I want to explore all avenues of the industry. Most of all, I want to support other authors through the process of seeing their dreams come true.
