About Sabrina Wroblewski

I am a junior Honors student at the University at Buffalo School of Arts and Sciences pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Health and Human Service, concentration in Community Mental Health. My experiences having leading and management roles at Save-a-Lot and Awald Farms over the years have taught me various skills such as verbal and non-verbal communication tactics, problem-solving skills, and have led me to become detail-oriented in all of my tasks. My experience running various events throughout my high school career has taught me valuable life skills that I have been able to apply to real-world situations. Such events were dances, pep rallies, parades, movie nights, spirit days, and various fundraisers for the school and the community. By learning to get over the roadblocks that I have faced while planning these events, I have been able to mature well over my years and be able to lead my teams to success in running these events. I have learned how to emphasize with others in various communities and learn more about all walks of life by volunteering over my career. I have helped with handing out Thanksgiving dinners to those in need, helped with fundraisers for historical societies and churches, and have fundraised for Roswell, Oishei's, type 1 diabetes, food pantries, ran blanket drives, and others that have helped me connect with others and be aware of the surrounding world around me.
