As a Senior Field Service Engineer at Philips, I have been delivering service excellence for hospital patient monitoring and digital pathology solutions for over nine years. I am the customer support hub for Philips products in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, where I have increased customer satisfaction and business growth by focusing on their needs and expectations. I have also participated effectively in major digital transformation projects for leading hospitals in the region, such as Mouwasat, SFH, and Almoosa, where I have applied my project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise. I am passionate about enhancing services and customer experience innovation, and I am always looking for new ways to improve and optimize the performance and quality of Philips solutions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University and a Project Management Diploma from Oxford Training College. I am also certified by Philips and LinkedIn in various commercial, didactical, and operational skills.
