About Sacha Cornford

I have built my career on resilience, adaptability, and a people-first approach, and I am committed to creating workplaces that value inclusivity, innovation, and real opportunities for growth. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I began my career as an electrician before transitioning into sales and traffic management. I later co-founded Traffic QLD and NSW with my business partner Carly Fehring, with a vision to provide comprehensive traffic management services while fostering a healthy, inclusive workplace. I believe that success isn't just about business performance - it's about empowering people, fostering strong teams, and making a lasting impact. I am passionate about workforce diversity, professional development, and ensuring that leadership is both strategic and human-centered. I welcome opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals to discuss business growth, leadership strategies and industry advancements.
