As a Talent Brand Partner at McCain, I focus on bringing our employer brand to life across the EMENA region. With extensive experience as a senior recruiter, I’ve developed a deep understanding of recruitment processes for executives and managers roles, ensuring we attract top talent at every level. Throughout my career, I’ve also specialized in employer branding and project management. I was responsible for creating and implementing the employer brand strategy at the MEL, where I developed candidate, new hire, and employee experiences. At McCain, my mission is to activate our employer brand across business functions, crafting compelling content that resonates with local nuances, and developing multichannel recruitment strategies for both high-volume and specialized roles. I’m also leading the Early Career Program, including building strong university partnerships, to ensure a continuous flow of emerging talent.
