Skilled in Wireless Technologies, Customer Service, Technical Support, Telecommunications, and Troubleshooting. Strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Arts - BA focused in Italian Studies from McGill University. Completed 18 Co-Pilot programs in Rogers Wireless Technical Support in which I trained, coached, and motivated new hires, helping them to develop the skills necessary to excel in their new roles,including a National Co-Pilot program in which I led Co-Pilot debriefs and a National Co-Pilot program in which I led some of the debriefs for the class. I also completed extended chat support for a National class. I completed my 13th Co-Pilot Program as Co-Pilot Prime. I also completed two Co-Pilot Programs as TM Prime. I completed the Leadership Development Program in 2019. Additionally, I completed two loan projects for Black Friday Sales- one for Rogers Sales and one for Fido Sales. I also completed a three month term as Acting Team Manager in Wireless Technical Support. Winner of the Circle of Champions, the 2024 sales incentive program, for frontline level in Rogers Wireless Technical Support.
