About Sacha Martini

Being interested in the people around me and feeling the strong urge to contribute to the world of today and tomorrow, this defines my drive as a consultant. My curiousity in social themes like sustainability, equity and diversity is strongly connected to this drive. Choosing the easy way is not necessarily part of this; it gives me energy to tackle more complex questions. My added value in these situation is to think outside the box and give space to others' perspectives. I strongly believe that by bringing together various ideas, change can actually start. I like to connect people, create structure and ask critical questions. Preferably, I'm not limiting myself to a certain type of issue or sector: from strategic challenges in the financial sector to analysing processes in the public domain. It is actually this mix which keeps me sharp and motivates me. Curious what my contribution could be for your organisation? Send me a message!
