I ensure that every team knows what’s expected of them, when, and why — using tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Miro, and Productboard to visualise work, track dependencies, and connect tasks to broader company priorities. I set up and maintain structured workflows so that delivery is transparent, timelines are visible, and blockers surface early. I facilitate clear, frequent communication across functions — whether that’s through roadmap reviews, weekly status updates, written reports, or real-time problem-solving. I proactively flag risks and propose practical solutions, escalating to senior leadership with recommended options for decision-making. I define and monitor KPIs, manage budgets and headcount plans, and align execution with multi-year strategic goals. When things change — and they always do — I adapt quickly: restructuring roadmaps, rebalancing teams, or reworking delivery plans to keep momentum going and impact high. Ultimately, I make it easier for great people to do great work by giving them the structure, insight, and support they need to succeed.
