I am a dynamic and innovative international development professional with over two decades of experience in communication, advocacy, and partnerships for UNICEF in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and globally. My career has also included a stint in the private sector in Europe, adding a valuable dimension to my skill set. Currently, I hold a position within IFAD where I lead their strategic communications portfolio at the HQ in Rome. My leadership style is characterized by a diplomatic approach, drive for quality results, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural complexities effectively. My professional philosophy is grounded in a growth mindset, which compels me to continually seek opportunities to create value. Open to an engaging and challenging leadership or management role within an international or multi-cultural organization.
