I connect survivors with resources and provide supportive services, including referrals to domestic violence counseling services, enabling them to heal and rebuild their lives. In addition to my expertise in domestic violence, I am skilled in analyzing relevant data to assess clients' service needs and measure progress toward self-reliance and independence. I firmly believe in evidence-based approaches and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure the effectiveness of the services I provide. Throughout my career, I have maintained a meticulous approach to record-keeping, documenting clients' progress and daily casework tasks. This attention to detail allows me to track and evaluate the impact of interventions and collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance our services.
