As part of the executive team at Regional Group, I oversee our acquisition strategies and also contribute to our overall operations. Primarily focused on driving growth of assets under management and value creation through strategic real estate investments or partnerships. With nearly 20 years of experience in structuring and closing high-value deals, I bring a deep understanding of Ottawa’s real estate market, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record of success. I am a brand ambassador for Regional Group and eQ Homes and continue to build relationships and grow our network - and impact in the marketplace. My career spans over $2.0 billion in real estate loans originated, structured, and portfolio managed in Ottawa through career as a commercial mortgage broker & lender at CMLS Financial, RBC, and CIBC. I also successfully re-established Ottawa’s commercial real estate offices for two Tier 1 banks, ensuring a localized relationship and client-focused presence in the region. With a broad network across Ottawa’s business, charitable, and real estate communities, I specialized in commercial banking and real estate lending solutions, including land servicing loans, large-scale development financing, and long-term commercial mortgages. In previous Investment banking role, I co-structured over $24 billion in CMBS and portfolio transactions in a three-year period, handling all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence to closing.
