I am a seasoned Engineering and Maintenance professional with over 15 years of experience in optimizing plant operations, enhancing equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence in the metal-based industries, particularly in aluminum and copper sectors. My expertise lies in maintenance planning, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance technologies, which have consistently delivered measurable improvements in plant performance, cost efficiency, and production output. I am passionate about leveraging innovative maintenance strategies and data-driven decision-making to minimize downtime, maximize asset performance, and ensure sustainable growth. Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams in executing high-impact projects, including the commissioning and stabilization of critical systems such as the FRHC furnace, Rotary Tilting Furnace, and PNG pipeline. My achievements include increasing plant availability from 80% to 99%, reducing MTTR, and improving MTBF, which contributed to achieving 120% production of rated capacity. I have also been recognized for my contributions to Six Sigma projects, asset optimization, and operational excellence, earning accolades such as the Par Excellence Award at NCQC Mysore, India.
