About Sachin Devdhar

I’m Sachin Devdhar, a Developer Lead at BMO, where I design and deliver resilient APIs on AWS to power customer-facing digital experiences. In this role, I lead development efforts, mentor engineers, and drive initiatives around API governance, scalability, and engineering best practices. Previously, I worked on BMO’s Digital Core B2B Payments team, building backend systems that enable secure and seamless inter-business transactions. Across both roles, I’ve focused on writing clean, testable code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. I hold AWS Developer Associate and Solutions Architect Associate certifications, bringing hands-on experience with modern technologies and cloud-native architectures. Beyond work, I’m passionate about community building. I host the KnowItAll podcast on YouTube to share authentic career journeys and mentor 100+ international students and early-career professionals through Topmate, helping them with resumes, interviews, and navigating the Canadian job market. My goal is not only to grow as a technologist but also to give back meaningfully by making the path easier for those just getting started.
