As Senior Finance leader I believe in the above philosophy that has helped me throughout my 20+ years of experience spanning Financial, Commercial & Strategic Initiatives to drive efficiency, profitability & team collaboration across Retail, Manufacturing and Technology domains with globally recognized organizations such as PwC and Amazon Pay. 2024 Ongoing: Setting the finance function for Pay10 a High-Growth Global Payments Fintech covering FP & A Compliance and Controllership headquartered in Dubai across 15 plus countries. 2021 - 2024 - Amazon Pay: Headed their India Controllership function, whilst leading strategic efforts for the lending service provider business in Amazon. Lead the controllership and automation efforts on Amazon Pay’s transition as a payment’s aggregator under the central bank regulations. 2005 – 2021 - PwC: Worked in Strategic Advisory & Consulting roles with core focus on Financial Controllership, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning for several Listed entities like Tata Global Beverages, 3M India Ltd, Tejas Networks Ltd, Britannia Industries Ltd as well as entities with foreign operations. Snapshot of Key Roles: Finance, Pay10 India Controller, Amazon Pay Director, Lovelock and Lewes Associate Director - Lovelock and Lewes Manager – Lovelock and Lewes Assistant Manager – Lovelock and Lewes Select Highlights: Spearheaded complex engagements/projects including Ind AS, Indirect Tax & Data Analytics engagements and other special projects on priority accounts. Worked and consulted with some of the largest and complex clients in the Bangalore practice like Qualcomm, Caterpillar, IBM, Thomson Reuters, and Tejas Networks Limited. Spearheaded the efforts for new business on auxiliary certifications, which resulted in the largest quantum of revenue from this stream for Bangalore practice, as Director in Lovelock and Lewes. Successfully led the Assurance relationship on Caterpillar group finance transformation project as centralized processes across the globe were moved to a 3rd party service provider in India. Led a short-term assurance consulting assignment for Tesco Plc in UK.
