Managing the largest application services contract worth $180M, spearheading strategic partnerships to bolster our capacity to support business needs. My commitment to innovation led me to establish standardized secure processes and drive the migration of Boeing applications to modern cloud platforms ensuring faster and cost-effective business value delivery. During my tenure as ERP Leader and SAP Product Services at Boeing, I oversaw multinational program teams of resources, managing substantial multi-year budgets of $1B. My focus on global productivity enhancement drove adaptive processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales and marketing domains, leveraging SAP S/4 and SAP Ariba to transform critical functions. I established and managed Boeing's SAP Centre of Excellence (COE), steering the transition to newer ERP technology and architecture while managing global SAP COE organizations and ensuring high-quality services. At Procter & Gamble, I was the IT Transformation Leader, leading diverse teams in driving innovative supply planning initiatives. My role extended to spearheading algorithmic planning solutions, enabling productivity enhancements, and optimizing decision-making aligned with strategic objectives. I also played a pivotal role in the BI 2.0 Program, reshaping Business Intelligence and Analytics Strategy, reducing BI solutions delivery timelines through Agile methodologies and self-service platforms, and saving $20M by streamlining data processes.
