I am a highly experienced Marketing professional with over 13 years of expertise in Business Development Channel Support Project Management and Marketing Communications. I hold a Master's in Marketing from Mumbai University Mumbai. Currently I am employed as the Regional Head for Sales & Business Development. My key strengths lie in communication presentation and leadership with the ability to lead motivated teams to achieve planned goals and ensure on-time delivery. At Adani Total Energies EMobility Ltd. I am responsible for building EV Charging Infrastructure in Maharashtra Gujrat and Goa. I am also independently managing a team of 5 members for space acquisition in the region for the installation of EV charge points. My responsibilities also include proposal preparation submission and alliance with Govt./ Semi Govt. Departments and Corporates for Business Development. I have a strong understanding of the process and hierarchy for the approval of projects and follow up with respective authorities. Previously I have worked with Ola Electric Pvt. Ltd.and under my leadership the company has successfully acquired and deployed 18 sites across Maharashtra and Goa. Prior to this assignment I was working with Indus Towers Ltd. where I was responsible for acquiring space at Land and Building under various Govt. Departments and Corporates. My role included proposal preparation submission and alliance with clients for Business Development. I was also responsible for bid/tender preparation submission and follow-up with respective authorities. During my tenure I successfully acquired projects for setting up and Telecom Infrastructure at organizational premises with Govt. departments such as CIDCO BEST Undertaking MSRDC MMRDA Thane Municipal Corporation Mumbai University and others. I also acquired projects for setting up Telecom Infrastructure at private institutions such as Real Estate Developers Tata Power Adani Electricity and more. I have also worked as the Deputy Regional Head at IL&FS Skills Corp. Ltd. from Aug’14 to Dec’19 where I was responsible for developing and executing various skill development projects across Maharashtra. Before joining IL&FS Skills Corp. Ltd. I worked with Future Sharp Skills Ltd. as Channel Support- Marketing in a similar role. My first assignment was as a Manager Franchisee Support at Jetking Infotrain Ltd. I was responsible for ensuring business growth at assigned franchisee centers across the west region. I managed and supported franchises across Maharashtra Gujarat Goa M.P. and Chattisgarh.
