When I first stepped into the professional world, I never imagined I’d spend over a decade specializing in operations management at a leading global insurance provider. I was just excited to learn, build, and make things better. During those years, I worked on sales, service, and claims for everything from pet to home & contents insurance - eventually managing and transitioning offshored business units across the UK and Australia, where I dove headlong into strategic operations, agile leadership, and the fascinating world of data science & analytics. It was challenging, it was thrilling, and it shaped my belief in people-first leadership. Hobbies & Interests: Unconventional Problem-Solving: Whether it’s puzzling out a complex operational bottleneck or experimenting with new AI tools, I love a good mental challenge. Continuous Reading & Learning: From tech blogs to leadership books, I’m constantly exploring something new. Aspirations: Global Innovator: I want to blend AI and data analytics to redefine how teams and businesses operate across borders. Impactful Mentor: I’ve been lucky to learn from incredible people, and I’m eager to pay it forward—helping others grow in their careers.
