She is currently working as a project director for an oncology asset comprising 2 large phase global studies managing sites in over 27 countries. She has managed many projects with years in management oversight of clinical projects, strategic customer relationships, and business alliances. Sadaf has served at Syneos as Project Director, and in many other roles for various oncology, pain, and CNS programs especially phase I, II, and Oncology and neuroscience trials, successfully coordinating, coaching, training, and managing global direct reports and teams. Dr. Abbas is a physician who brings extensive knowledge of disease processes in multiple therapeutic areas (Pain, Oncology, Hematology, GI, CNS, and others). Furthermore, Sadaf Abbas has 4 years of experience as a research coordinator and site outreach director. These experiences have culminated in Sadaf Abbas being an integral part of the Biopharmaceutical Acceleration Model (BAM), which is shortening the distance from lab to life. She has managed multiple phase Global Oncology (solid and liquid tumors), neuroscience, and pain trials. She also assisted a global phase Alzheimer’s study trial team as a supporting PM. She has also assisted in managing large-scale phase I and phase IV multicenter global clinical trial projects as a supporting Project Manager ensuring all project management tasks were completed and delivered successfully. Sadaf Abbas has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 23 years in total throughout her career. She has assisted multiple project teams in management or recruitment crises.
