About Sadanand Acharya

As a passionate and results-driven Senior Designer with over 12+ years of experience, I thrive on crafting user interfaces and design systems that captivate users and drive measurable outcomes. My journey in UI design has enabled me to work on transformative projects with industry-leading brands, such as BlueJeans by Verizon and Simplilearn Solutions, where I've combined aesthetic design with user-centered principles to create intuitive and visually cohesive experiences. In my recent role at AgreeYa Solutions, I collaborated with BlueJeans by Verizon's team to develop seamless, high-fidelity designs that significantly improved user engagement. My expertise extends to defining design standards, creating interactive prototypes, and maintaining consistency across platforms, all aimed at delivering impactful results. Previously, I transformed the user experience at Simplilearn by redesigning key pages, optimizing conversion rates, and establishing a cohesive visual identity that enhanced their brand presence and increased revenue. I’m proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to feedback and iteration. My goal is to continue developing design solutions that blend innovation with functionality, impacting users on a global scale. Let’s connect if you're looking to bring an experienced UI/Visual Designer on board to elevate your digital platforms and design systems!
