Successfully installation, configure, and maintain Toll Management System (TMS) and Advance Toll Management System (ATMS) equipment including Lane Equipment’s (OHLS, UFD, Automatic Barrier Gate, LPIC, Smart card Reader, Barcode Scanner, Thermal Printer, AVC Unit, TLC, Network Switch, RFID readers etc.).• Demonstrate proficiency in operating systems networking hardware installation and configuration like LAN Router, Switches, Firewall.• Utilize technical skills to innovate and improve efficiency in TMS and ATMS operations, including the implementation of new technologies or methodologies. Database Management and Administration:• Efficiently manage Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance.• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations as per project requirements.• Implement and maintain Server / Lane database backup and recovery.• Day wise / week wise / month wise site server and lane Database related maintenance and monitor for DB performances. Database Performance Tuning:• Proactively monitor and tune database performance parameters to enhance system responsiveness and throughput.• Identify and resolve performance query optimization and resource utilization issues to optimize database performance.• Coordinate with development teams to facilitate the deployment of software releases, updates, and patches across development i.e. TMS Lane application, Audit, Report and Cash up and all other services.• Ensure smooth and seamless deployment processes, including version control, release tagging, and rollback procedures with our GreenTech all application i.e. server level – (WCF, Report, TXN Uploader, BLT Merger,FTP,SFTP,API Testing and other services etc.), lane level – (Booth collection, data handler services and Lane DB etc.) as necessary.• Server Configuration / Server migration and Data transfer in Backup server.• Creation a Lane for configuration and connection with the server.• RFID reader configuration and troubleshooting, good knowledge with RFID reader like Tag master, Star Procyan, 3M, Ontiga. Technical Support For site Engineer and Issue Resolution:• Investigate and resolve database-related incidents, errors, and performance degradation in a timely manner to minimize downtime and other impact. Client and Acquirer bank team Collaboration and Communication:• Coordinate with acquiring bank teams for addressing any issues related to bank server end, query or complaints i.e. Query exception, Transactions Response and blacklist file and other also as per our log analysis.
