About Sadasiv Dixit

Transitioned from an engineering background to a dynamic role in HR, I bring with me a wealth of hands-on experience in the IT sector. At present, I am thriving as an Assistant Manager in Asian Paints under the Strategy and New Business division looking after Talent Acquisition, Employer compliance and also assisting business in multiple legal and compliance issues. This opportunity gives me a deeper understanding about new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, challenges associated with new businesses and role of HR to help streamline the same. Prior to this, I was part of Adani Group in a COE role specializing in Group Industrial Relations. This opportunity has allowed me to engage closely with diverse stakeholders, gaining insights across various business units and their unique challenges. My journey has seen me play a pivotal role in orchestrating labor law compliance trainings and awareness initiatives. Additionally, I have actively contributed to strategy meetings focused on industrial relations, fostering an environment of collaboration and alignment. An instrumental part of my role has involved conducting comprehensive IR risk assessments, which further solidifies my position within the IR strategic advisory team. Been involved in drafting and formulating policies for the Group along with vetting of various legal documents like Appointment letter, Letter of Deputation, Discharge Letter etc. Coordinating and facilitating various knowledge management initiatives such as Virtual Learning Community, IR Strategy Meet and Compliance Connect sessions. One of my proudest achievements has been the inception of the quarterly IR Bulletin. This publication not only serves as a beacon of guidance for our entire organization but also embodies our commitment to upholding compliance and best practices. In essence, my career trajectory showcases a seamless blend of technical expertise and strategic HR finesse, all culminating in a journey that continues to inspire me to champion a culture of compliance and excellence within the organization.
