About Sadeesh Radhakrishnan

As a technology leader with over two decades of experience, I specialize in architecting and delivering scalable, intelligent systems that merge AI, blockchain, and full-stack engineering into real-world business applications. Currently serving as Head of Software Engineering at Ideas2Goal Technologies, I lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation enterprise solutions — from omnichannel communication platforms and telephony automation to decentralized financial systems and blockchain wallets. I’m passionate about integrating AI with live telephony systems, enabling real-time, context-aware voice interactions that redefine customer experience. My work also extends to building autonomous, memory-supported AI agent frameworks and AI-driven conversational analytics, empowering smarter decision-making and support automation. In parallel, I’ve been driving blockchain innovation through projects with Greenhood (Netherlands), developing non-custodial, multi-chain wallet applications on Gnosis Chain, integrating with providers like GnosisPay, Monerium, and Gelato Relay for on-chain IBAN, payment, and automation features. I thrive at the intersection of emerging technologies — continuously exploring new ways to blend intelligence, decentralization, and scalability into software products that make a measurable impact.
