About Sadhana Devraj

With my degree in Architecture from Amity University, workshops with AA School of Architecture (visiting program) and my hands-on experience in international projects, metro projects, institution and residential projects. I have a total of 7 years of experience, currently working with a Hong Kong based BIM company, as BIM Auditor & Manager. Revit & BIM coordination using Navisworks is my expertise. Along with architecture design, I also like to utilise my time in oil painting, sketching, clay modeling etc. EXPERTISE: Review BIM model, coordinate with other disciplines such as structures, MEP, Facade, Interiors etc Do clash analysis, and resolve clashes by guiding consultants or modifying architecture model. Designing and implementation of the project by the analysing of client's requirement. Discussing design ideas and creating designs/drawings for the assigned project in compliance with government regulations and local bylaws. Studying the proposed building site. Creating designs and preparing detailed drawings or authority approval drawings of the proposed projects with the specifications of finishes. prepare 3D models with the required finished and rendering prepare a presentation report and present to client.
