About Sadi Thomas

I am a versatile manager in the LTL and transportation industry with 10+ years of experience in project management, customer solutions, and software implementation. I have helped less than truckload companies research and develop programs that streamline their daily operations. Some examples include: • As a Manager of Claims Solutions at Ward, I author and oversee policies and procedures for the operation which encourage claims prevention strategies and customer solutions. My team’s collaborative efforts helped produce a 29% reduction in YOY claims ratio. • As a Process Improvement Manager at Ward, I helped implement a dynamic dock routing system to 10+ service centers and developed training guides & tools for remote study. • I served as Ward’s company liaison to Maven Machines from 2019 to 2021 and managed multiple rollout projects to streamline the inbound and dispatch segments of the operation. I get most excited about opportunities where I get to utilize my attention to detail and customer service skills to develop programs which encourage business growth and operations efficiencies. I love connecting with new people and growing my knowledge base. Feel free to contact or connect with me via LinkedIn.
