I have over 10+ years working in aviation with several operational roles. Currently, I work at Porter Airlines Systems Operations Control Centre as a Flight Dispatcher. Previously I have worked as an Operations Communications Specialist, which entails in-depth communication throughout the network, ensuring flight schedule integrity and overall safety measures are being met. Prior to the pandemic I have worked at Air Transat as an operations agent, which entailed several similarities in terms of communications amongst departments and stakeholders. In addition load planning of different aircraft fleets to monitor weight and balance. Ultimately my love for aviation has only been reignited throughout the pandemic. My growing interest in flight dispatch resulted in attaining both of my government required exams(FDOPS & FDMET). With my new found passion I hope to only obtain an array of skills and a wealth of experience in this industry.
