I recently graduated from CUNY Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and minors in Communication Studies and Psychology. I am currently doing an internship in the CFR unit’s finance department at the AHRC New York. I have completed coursework in financial accounting, principles of finance, cost accounting, service operations management, taxation, and so on. I am proud to have been recognized for my academic achievements throughout high school and college. Specifically, I have received the Dean's List distinction three times, and have been on the Honor Roll numerous times since the beginning of high school. I was honored with a Certificate of Merit for my exceptional performance in Social Studies during my high school graduation ceremony. I have been chosen to participate in the 2019 Bronx Borough Arts Festival, where I had the opportunity to showcase my artistic talents and engage with the community. Also, I am a highly adaptable and enthusiastic professional with expertise in Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and the ability to analyze data, create visualizations, and deliver effective presentations. I am also skilled in using Zoom for virtual collaboration and communication. My analytical thinking and communication skills enable me to effectively analyze data and present insights in a clear and compelling manner. Furthermore, my openness to feedback and willingness to learn to ensure that I continually improve and grow as a professional. Moreover, my interests include keeping up with industry trends and developments and using technology to streamline accounting processes. I am also passionate about giving back to my community and willing to volunteer with organizations that offer financial literacy education to underprivileged individuals. Furthermore, I am a native speaker of Bangla and have been speaking the language since childhood. I am also highly proficient in English, having studied and used it extensively in both academic and professional contexts. As for Hindi and Urdu, I have developed fluency in these languages through personal interest and practice, and I am able to understand and communicate effectively in both languages. Finally, my goals include obtaining a professional accounting designation, such as the CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and securing a job at a reputable accounting firm. I also aspire to become a trusted advisor to clients, offering valuable insights that help them make informed business decisions.
