From Writer to Marketeer:Started my first job during the second year of North South University as a News Reporter at The Daily Star, given my love for writing and journalism. During my third year I took on another responsibility as an XCEED Ambassador for BAT Bangladesh. I joined Unilever Bangladesh Ltd. as a GTM Intern (Vim) and moved on to my first job following my graduation in BAT Bangladesh as Global Graduate (Marketing) where I worked in their trade team, being posted out in Naogaon and their brand team, working on multi-category projects during my journey. Thrilled to have experienced the FMCG end markets, distribution & 360 degree marketing, I developed a liking for brands & activation, and upon actively looking for the perfect role, I joined Mindshare Bangladesh as Senior Planning Manager - ATL. Here, I look after the Unilever Bangladesh Ltd. brands, more specifically their Personal Care Category which encompasses Oral Care & Skin Cleansing with one of the biggest brands in the nation - Lux, Lifebuoy, Close Up & Pepsodent. I’m responsible for ensuring for the roll out of their media activations, working as a bridge between the brand and media.
