My fascination with numbers and their profound impact on decision-making and business strategy from an early age led me down the path of Business Analytics. This journey began with a Bachelor of Business Analytics from Macquarie University, where I not only acquired technical skills in data analytics such as, project management, and predictive modelling but also led significant projects. These included creating a tool for visual data exploration of Australia's top graduate employers, developing targeted marketing strategies through customer segmentation analysis, and improving forecasting accuracy for household goods retailing turnover. These experiences underscored the power of data in crafting effective business solutions. In addition, I have also gathered commercial experience in the retail sector. As a Retail Sales Assistant, I tackled real-world challenges, employing data to refine sales strategies and enhance customer engagement. This practical application of my skills resulted in measurable successes that further fueled my passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes: Spearheaded the creation of a data exploration tool using, enhancing decision-making for graduate employment opportunities. Led a customer segmentation analysis project using Python, significantly improving marketing strategies and sales conversion rates. This was ranked in the 10 projects out of 30 groups. Improved 6% in a retail turnover project, demonstrating strong predictive analytics capabilities. Applied analytical skills in a retail setting, achieving notable increases in profit margins and customer satisfaction.
