About Sadie Stephens

As a Teen Academic Success Coordinator, I bring over six years of experience working in diverse educational environments, with a passion for reimagining how young people learn, grow, and thrive. My professional journey is rooted in special education expertise and strengthened by my recent completion of a Master of Education in Inclusive Special Education Moderate Disabilities, 5–12. I’ve been able to develop and implement engaging, accessible, and youth-driven academic programming and initiatives incorporating creativity, empowerment, and culturally relevant practices. I passionately advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring program spaces and strategies meet the needs of youth with disabilities, such as ADHD, learning differences, and behavioral challenges. At my core, I believe in education as liberation. Helping young people unlock their potential through support, structure, and self-discovery.
