My career has allowed me to live out my mission: to push progress and pursue passion. My coaching philosophy: I empower athletes to build confidence, embrace challenges, and lead healthy, active lifestyles. My coaching approach fosters a safe, inclusive environment where athletes feel valued and encouraged to show up as their authentic selves. Through intentional practice, accountability, and mutual respect, I cultivate a community that supports growth, resilience, and excellence. Enthusiastic and organized sports performance specialist with over 10 years of experience in physical training and injury prevention. Recently created a wholistic injury athlete program including digital injury tracking, remote programming, facilitated by a care team of doctors, physical therapists, athletic performance coaches, mindset performance coaches, and athletic coaches to support mental wellness and physical readiness to return to sport.
