I am an experienced estimator, engineer, and cost planner specializing in large- and medium-scale infrastructure and construction projects. My expertise lies in preparing precise estimates, master plans, schedules, and competitive bids for diverse contracts and clients. I hold an engineering degree in project management, planning, and control, along with an Associate diploma in civil engineering, providing a robust technical foundation. In addition to professional experience, I have taught subjects like Civil and Building Design, Advanced Engineering and Mechanical Drawing, Estimation, Analysis of Rates, and Construction Planning at technical schools, enhancing my expertise and communication skills. My comprehensive skill set includes handling tenders from initial budgeting to multi-million-dollar cost estimation. I excel in document preparation, interpreting drawings, and delivering cost-effective proposals based on specifications. With proficiency in conceptual and executive tendering, I have successfully managed and contributed to a range of projects, including- Civil and structural works (e.g, excavation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, waterproofing, drainage/Detention -Retention Stormwater systems, and superstructures, pavement and landscaping)- Concrete repair, remediation, and advanced corrosion/erosion protection- Wastewater systems, lagoons, and water treatment projects- Road construction, including subgrade, bridges, culverts and electrical/lighting- Flood and stormwater transfer systems, wetlands and canals- Concrete dams, including foundations to spillway, hydraulic systems, electrical, and instrumentation works- Mechanical, Electrical & Equipment,(UG & AG Piping), Insulation and Painting, testing and Commissioning in energy infrastructure projects from initiation to handover.
