About Saeed Ghandili

I have over nine years of experience in medicine and research. Currently, I am a diagnostic radiology resident at SMVC in Bridgeport. I completed a Nuclear Oncology fellowship at the Advanced Molecular Imaging & Therapy Center affiliated with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where I trained in theranostics - a field that combines molecular imaging and targeted therapy for cancer. I also graduated as a Nuclear Medicine Physician from Montefiore Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. My experience includes interpreting PET-CT scans and other nuclear imaging techniques. Previously, I was a Radiology Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where I conducted innovative studies on AI and Abdominal imaging in detecting pancreatic cancer. My skills include theranostics, PET-CT, nuclear medicine, radiology, and research. I am passionate about advancing the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and other diseases using molecular imaging and therapy. Additionally, I am fluent in Persian, English, and Turkish, and bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am driven by the mission of improving the health and well-being of patients and communities through excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
